An interesting plea at the end of the chapter regarding the Tasmanian Film Corporation's importance to Tasmania and its 'cultural richness'. Interestingly, this was probably written before the Government's decision in June 1982 to close and sell the TFC. The 1983 Year Book reads as if the TFC never existed.
